***Keep in mind that class is heated to about 90 degrees to allow the muscles to open for a deeper stretch, and a more comfortable practice.

***What to bring?Yourself(and a friend if you like), a yoga mat, towel(yogi toes) and water.

***Where to park?Parking lot in rear, off Mt Pleasant. Ave. Enter from the lot.

**(B) Beginners class: Recommended If you are new to yoga or someone looking for a slower and strengthening practice.
***(A) All levels class: A mix of holding poses and flowing through sequences of poses.

  • 15$ drop in 
  • 12$ student drop in
  • 10 Class pass: 125$
  • 10 Class pass student rate: 100$
